Use of information technologies in Lithuanian civil procedure
The article analyses the potential of information technologies in the Lithuanian civil procedure. A special focus is put on the operation of the systems of electronic case (both in the examination and enforcement procedures), submission of procedural documents, electronic auctions as well as LITEKO and CRIS systems.
