Game theory, due to its potential in creating behavioral models, is a tool used in decision making in supply chains. However, the achievements so far have focused on the mathematical aspects. The article considers the behavioral approach to this problem, pointing to the importance of maximizing the manager's usefulness in making decisions. An experiment (games) was carried out, combined with the methods of statistical analysis and simulation, using the assumptions of the game theory. Their purpose was to assess the impact of the individual characteristics of the decision-maker on his decision in the field of solving logistics problems occurring in supply chains. This allowed to conclude that Assigning to the manager (player) an appropriate decision scope (games) allows to rationalize the results of these decisions, however, it depends on the character of the player himself.
