Przyjęty cel rozprawy zdeterminował zastosowane metody i techniki badawcze.

The adopted aim of the dissertation determined the applied research methods and techniques. In the research, the following methods and techniques were used: critical analysis of literature, induction, deduction, comparative analysis, synthesis, diagnostic survey method, questionnaire interview, survey, and the Delphi method. The research process carried out in several stages allowed to achieve the main goal and the development of four proprietary concepts of solutions eliminating the negative impact of the mutual influence of balance sheet and tax conditions on the usefulness of information in the accounting system.
The main task of the accounting system, which is the main element of the company's information system, is to provide reliable, correct, and useful information. The shape, size and detail of the company's accounting system are mainly influenced by the balance sheet and tax conditions, which interfere with each other, which negatively affects the usefulness of the information provided. They perfectly fit into the process of strengthening the tax accounting subsystem, which is responsible for providing correct information constituting the basis for tax settlement. The most important element of this reinforcement is its synergistic and complementary character in relation to the financial accounting subsystem, not interfering and not colliding with it.
