Pomiar dokonań w skutecznej realizacji strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju : ujęcie makro, mezo i mikro

Odpowiedzialność wszystkich za postęp w realizacji celów zrównoważonego rozwoju, a w tym nadanie mu rangi twardego argumentu, wymaga opracowania adekwatnych i efektywnych rozwiązań w zakresie pomiaru dokonań. Problem ten dotyczy dokonań w skali makro, mezo, a także wpływa na przyjęte rozwiązania w skali mikroekonomicznej. Celem artykułu był przegląd i ocena stosowanych rozwiązań w zakresie pomiaru dokonań w skali makro, mezo i ostatecznie mikro. Przedmiotem badania były alternatywne miary bogactwa, a także sposoby pomiaru aspektów zrównoważonego rozwoju w ujęciu globalnym, krajowym, regionalnym, lokalnym oraz przedsiębiorstw. W realizacji sformułowanego celu pracy wykorzystano metodę krytycznej analizy literatury. Przedstawiona diagnoza rozwiązań w zakresie pomiaru realizacji strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju potwierdziła, iż prace w tym obszarze są szeroko prowadzone, a ich wyniki skutecznie wdrażane.

Overall responsibility for the progress in achieving sustainable development goals, including giving it a key priority, requires the development of adequate and effective solutions in the performance measurement. This problem concerns performance on different economic scale levels: at macro level, mid-level as well as on the microeconomic scale, as the affect of the adopted solutions. The aim of the article was to review and evaluate the applied solutions in the scope of performance measuring in the macro, middle and ultimately micro scale. The subject of the study were alternative measures of wealth,as well as other aspects of sustainable development measurement in global, national, regional, local and business terms. For research, the method of critical literature analysis was used. Results confirm that the solutions and the scope of measuring the implementation of the sustainable development strategy are widely discussed and their results are effectively implemented.
