New financing methods and ICT versus logistics startups

The main aim of the publication is to present new financing methods and ICT, but from the perspective of logistics startups. The literature review motivated us to conduct research related to this subject, as there is a noticeable research gap, the filling of which should be the goal of various futures studies. With this in mind, the essence of logistics was presented with its development directions and the subject of logistics startups. In addition, the work shows main capital sources that can be used when financing such startups. Initial Coin Offerings was also presented, however; showing their advantages and disadvantages, which can be considered very important in the financial management of every business unit, not just logistics startups. It was also mentioned that the legal status of tokens is often not ruled which causes a large number of uncertainties.
