Mindset as a barrier of knowledge management in a project teams

Knowledge management is an important and difficult process that is an integral part of every project. The proper process of knowledge management in a project team is influenced by various elements. One of the factors is mindset, which is a belief about the nature of human attributes. There is no research on mindset as a barrier to knowledge management in a project team. This research aims to reduce the identified gap by identifying the concept of mindset in the field of knowledge management in the project team, as well as analyzing the ways of influencing the mindset. Mindset is a plastic feature that can be shaped with the right effort. The study used literature analysis and in-depth interviews with experts. The results indicate the key elements affecting the mindset and ways to change it.
