Fundusze infrastrukturalne na rynku inwestycji transportowych

Instrumentami dynamicznie zwiększającymi swój udział w ostatnim dwudziestoleciu na rynku projektów infrastrukturalnych są fundusze infrastrukturalne. W przekroju sektorowym fundusze infrastrukturalne, mimo relatywnie krótkiego okresu aktywności, odgrywają znaczącą rolę w uzupełnianiu luki finansowej w strukturze finansowania projektów infrastruktury transportu. Szczególnie dużą rolę pełnią w finansowaniu wysoce kapitałochłonnej infrastruktury drogowej. Celem opracowania, o charakterze przyczynkowym, jest ocena rozwoju rynku funduszy infrastrukturalnych ze szczególnym naciskiem na inwestycje w infrastrukturę transportu.

Infrastructure funds are instruments of dynamic progress and a share on infrastructure projects market in the last twenty years. Infrastructure funds creation has evolved lively interest of such form of investing and extremely dynamic increase of new funds. In view of a sector infrastructure funds, despite of relatively short term of activity, have played significant role in fulfilling a financial gap in projects connected to transport infrastructure, particularly in road infrastructure. An aim of an article, of contribution nature, is to assess a development of infrastructure projects with emphasis to transport projects.
