Handel Polski z krajami Afryki : tendencje i potencjał rozwoju

Celem artykułu jest określenie tendencji w wymianie handlowej między Polską a krajami Afryki oraz ocena potencjału eksportu Polski w handlu z Afryką. W pierwszej części opracowania przedstawiono kształtowanie się rozmiarów, dynamiki i bilansu obrotów, w drugiej omówiono strukturę towarową wymiany, w trzeciej zaprezentowano strukturę geograficzną handlu, w czwartej natomiast ocenę potencjału rozwoju eksportu Polski do Afryki. Do określenia tendencji rozwoju wymiany handlowej Polski z krajami Afryki zastosowano metody analizy statystycznej w postaci narzędzi analizy struktury zbiorowości i dynamiki zjawisk. Oszacowania potencjalnego eksportu dokonano przy użyciu wskaźnika orientacyjnego potencjału handlu ITP (indicative trade potential). Na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz można stwierdzić, że w latach 2000–2014 tendencje rozwoju wymiany handlowej Polski z krajami Afryki kształtowały się dla naszego kraju korzystnie. Z szacunków potencjału eksportowego Polski do Afryki wynika, że możliwości rozwoju eksportu na afrykański rynek także należy ocenić pozytywnie, zarówno pod względem rozmiarów, jak i struktury towarowej wywozu.

The aim of this paper is to define the trends of the trade between Poland and African countries and the potential of exports in Poland’s trade with Africa. The first part of the work outlines the scale, the dynamics, and the account balance of the trade, the second part discusses its commodity structure, the third one presents its geographical structure, and the fourth is an attempt to evaluate the potential of the exports from Poland to Africa. The statistical analysis tools – such as the community structure analysis and dynamic phenomenon analysis – were used in order to define the development trends of the trade between Poland and Africa. The evaluation of the exports potential was obtained by means of the indicative trade potential index. On the basis of the conducted analysis it may be stated that the development trend of Polish trade with Turkey in the years 2000–2014 was favourable to Poland. Estimates of Polish export potential show that opportunities for exports to the African market are also favourable, in terms of both size of exports as well as their commodity structure.
