The process of learning may be affected by many factors, like motivation or sensory preferences of a student. These issues have been widely described in and analysed from various points of views. However, the theoretical knowledge of what affects the learning process does not contribute to its efficiency if a teacher (lecturer) does not possess any information about students’ learning preferences.The aim of the paper is to analyse and assess selected aspects of learning on the basis of the questionnaire research. The authoress presented the results of the research and pointed possibilities of their use in forming the education process and choosing teaching methods. The research methods include literature analysis, inductive and deductive reasoning and questionnaire research.
