Oddziaływanie wsparcia zwrotnego regionalnych instytucji finansowych na rozwój przedsiębiorstw

Streszczenie

Za główny cel niniejszej rozprawy przyjęto ocenę oddziaływania regionalnych instytucji finansowych (RIF) na działalność i rozwój przedsiębiorstw. Tak postawiony cel uzupełniono celami szczegółowymi, które sformułowano następująco:
1. Określenie struktury finansowania sektora przedsiębiorstw w województwie zachodniopomorskim.
2. Zidentyfikowanie struktury regionalnego rynku finansowego.

W celu realizacji postawionych celów sformułowano następującą hipotezę badawczą: Zwrotne wsparcie finansowe regionalnych instytucji finansowych stymuluje rozwój przedsiębiorstw.

Rozprawa doktorska ma charakter teoretyczno-empiryczny i składa się z pięciu rozdziałów. Konstrukcja i zakres tematyczny poszczególnych rozdziałów zostały podporządkowane sformułowanym celom dysertacji oraz postawionej hipotezie.

W pierwszym rozdziale (część teoretyczna) przedstawiono klasyfikację i podział przedsiębiorstw oraz definicje mikro, małego i średniego przedsiębiorstwa. Omówiono zakres i znaczenie przedsiębiorstw w gospodarce oraz ich wpływ na rozwój regionalny. Ponadto poruszono zagadnienia dotyczące determinant oraz barier rozwoju przedsiębiorstw.

W drugim rozdziale (część teoretyczna) omówiono specyfikę regionalnych instytucji finansowych, począwszy od jej teoretycznych aspektów, poprzez cele i zadania, przechodząc do omówienia roli i znaczenia regionalnych instytucji finansowych w gospodarce krajowej oraz w ujęciu międzynarodowym.

W trzecim rozdziale (część teoretyczna) przedstawiono charakterystykę funkcjonowania regionalnych instytucji finansowych w wybranych krajach Unii Europejskiej oraz na świecie. Dokonano charakterystyki finansowania działalności sektora MŚP przez regionalne instytucje finansowe w Polsce, a także przedstawiono regionalne fundusze rozwoju w kontekście stymulatorów wzrostu w regionie.

W rozdziale czwartym (część empiryczna) dokonano charakterystyki metodyki przeprowadzonych w rozprawie badań. Przeanalizowano wyniki badań ilościowych - ankietowych oraz badań jakościowych – indywidualnych wywiadów pogłębionych z przedstawicielami regionalnych instytucji finansowych oferującymi wsparcie zwrotne.

W rozdziale piątym (część empiryczna) przedstawiono scenariusze rozwoju przedsiębiorstw w województwie zachodniopomorskim przy udziale zwrotnego wsparcia regionalnych instytucji finansowych. Dodatkowo opracowano model automatyzacji procesu ubiegania się o wsparcie zwrotne. Uzyskane wyniki badań posłużyły do przedstawienia rekomendacji w zakresie struktury regionalnego rynku finansowego i jego wpływu na rozwój przedsiębiorstw w województwie zachodniopomorskim.

Summary

The main objective of this dissertation was to assess the impact of regional financial institutions (RIFs) on the activities and development of enterprises. This goal was supplemented with specific goals, which were formulated as follows
1. Determining the financing structure of the enterprise sector in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
2. Identifying the structure of the regional financial market 

To achieve the set goals, the following research hypothesis was formulated: Repayable financial support from regional financial institutions stimulates the development of enterprises

The doctoral dissertation is a theoretical and empirical nature and consists of individual chapters. The structure and thematic scope, divided into separate groups, developed for the purpose of the dissertation and the hypothesis put forward .

The first chapter (theoretical part) presents the classification and division of enterprises as well as the definitions of micro, small and medium sized enterprises. The scope and importance of enterprises in the economy and their impact on regional develo pment were discussed. Additionally, issues related to determinants and barriers to the development of enterprises were raised.

The second chapter (theoretical part) discusses the specificity of regional financial institutions, starting from its theoretical aspects, through the goals and tasks of these institutions, moving on to the role and importance of regional financial institu tions in the national economy and internationally.

The third chapter (theoretical part) presents the characteristics of the functioning of regional financial institutions in selected European Union countries and around the world. The financing of the activities of the SME sector by regional financial insti tutions in Poland was characterized, and regional development funds were presented in the context of growth drivers in the region.

The fourth chapter (empirical part) describes the methodology of the research conducted in the thesis. The results of quantitative research surveys and qualitative research individual in depth interviews with representatives of regional financial insti tutions offering feedback support were analyzed. analyzed.

The fifth chapter (empirical part) presents scenarios for the development of enterprises in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship with the use of reciprocal support from regional financial institutions. Additionally, a model for automating the process of applyin g for feedback support was developed. The obtained research results were used to present recommendations regarding the structure of the regional financial market and its impact on the development of enterprises in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
