The article aims to evaluate the level of innovation among listed companies managed by women in Poland using the ROA and ROE profitability ratios. The authors analyzed the financial statements of 31 listed companies in the WIG20 index from 2012-2020. The study included statistical and Spearman correlation analyses to determine if more women on the board of directors leads to improved profitability for Polish-listed companies. The hypothesis that there is no significant increase in profitability for listed companies managed by women in Poland was confirmed by the authors.
